These terms govern your use of this website and its online appointment booking, operated by Care Clinic, Shree Durga Palace, Tagore Hill Road, Morabadi, Ranchi - 834008 ("Care Clinic", "we"). By using the website or booking an appointment, you accept these terms.

1. Appointments

• Online booking reserves a consultation slot with the selected doctor, subject to the doctor's availability on the day. A booking is not a guarantee of treatment.
• You will receive a confirmation on WhatsApp at the mobile number you provide. Please provide a correct, active number.
• Doctors' schedules can change for reasons beyond our control (emergencies, leave). If your slot is affected, the clinic will contact you to reschedule.
• To limit misuse, a mobile number may hold a limited number of upcoming bookings at a time, and automated or bulk booking is prohibited.

2. Rescheduling & cancellation

To reschedule or cancel, call the clinic at +91 82520 27551. Please inform us as early as possible so the slot can be offered to another patient.

3. Payments

There is no online payment on this website. Consultation and other charges are paid at the clinic. Fees are set by the clinic/doctors and may change without notice.

4. Not medical advice — emergencies

Content on this website is general information about the clinic and its services. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. In a medical emergency, do not use this website — call 108 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: make bookings with false details or on behalf of persons without their authority; attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or booking system; or copy the website's content for commercial use without permission.

6. WhatsApp messages & your data

Booking confirmations are delivered via the WhatsApp Business Platform. Delivery depends on your device, network and WhatsApp's service; a failed message does not cancel a confirmed booking. Your personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes our 12-month retention period after which booking records are automatically deleted.

7. Liability

We provide the website "as is" and take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Care Clinic is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or from message delivery failures. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Intellectual property

The website's design, text and images belong to Care Clinic or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
